By accessing or using CongregateHQ (operated by Lagniappe Web Solutions), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
CongregateHQ is for churches and religious organizations to communicate with members via SMS, manage events, and process giving. You may not use the platform to send unsolicited messages, violate TCPA, or access other churches' data.
You are responsible for ensuring all SMS recipients have consented to receive messages. You must honor all STOP/unsubscribe requests immediately. Non-compliance may result in account suspension.
By submitting this form you agree to receive SMS communications from CongregateHQ. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods. Unused SMS credits do not roll over.
Online giving is processed by Stripe. CongregateHQ does not charge a platform percentage on donations. Standard Stripe processing fees apply. You are responsible for proper financial oversight of all donations received.
Your church data belongs to you. We do not sell your data. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We will notify active customers of material changes by email.
