CongregateHQ is a church communication platform operated by Lagniappe Web Solutions.
When you create an account, we collect your name, church name, email address, and billing information. Billing data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Churches may upload member contact information (names, phone numbers, email addresses) to send SMS messages. This data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties.
SMS message content is logged for delivery tracking and compliance. Logs are retained for 90 days.
CongregateHQ operates in compliance with TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and carrier messaging guidelines. Members may opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or END. We automatically maintain your Do Not Contact list.
We use TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption to protect data in transit and at rest. Access to member data is restricted to authorized church administrators only.
You may delete your account at any time from your admin dashboard. Upon deletion, all church and member data is permanently removed within 30 days. SMS logs are retained for 90 days for compliance, then deleted.
We use Stripe (payment processing), Telnyx (SMS delivery), and Amazon SES (email delivery). Each has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
